By using a multifaceted approach, inclusive of experiential learning, case studies, simulation, field visits and cooperative learning, this programme is purposed to give young women a voice and enable their meaningful participation in public policy and social justice advocacy at the community and national levels.

Additionally, it oversees the mainstreaming of young people in the policies, programmes, activities, and leadership of the organisation and within the country. This department also oversees the planning and coordination of outreach, recruitment and engagement volunteers from across Jamaica through development and maintenance of a volunteer database.
